Introduction:
TL:DW; Hi, I'm Brian Holliday, an unconventional Alexander Technique teacher and self-taught swimmer who created the Intuitive Swimming Method to support adult learners who are frustrated, embarrassed, stuck, or confused with their swimming progress. I coach swimming over Zoom, which may seem unconventional.
However, swimming involves both the mind and the body, and where the mind goes, the body follows. By increasing awareness during Zoom calls, I can bring about positive changes in my clients' swimming abilities. Once awareness is established, change can happen in the present moment, which supports progress.
