TL;DR Hi, it's Brian from Intuitive Swimming Method. I'm currently in the park. In my program, I incorporate the concept of swim happy because I believe it's often overlooked. Many people focus on performance and end results, such as distance and time, which can be ego-driven.
SwimHappy is about enjoying every single stroke, not just being satisfied with the swim. Even if you struggle with swimming, it's possible to find happiness in the moment with every stroke. There's joy in the water, in movement, momentum, power, and speed. These are the things I focus on in my coaching approach.
