TL;DW: I'm Brian Holliday, creator of the Intuitive Swimming Method. I coach adult learners and improvers in a new approach to swimming that focuses on enjoyment, presence, mindfulness, and awareness. I struggled with swimming for years until I became an Alexander Technique teacher, which changed everything for me. I apply this way of learning to swimming (and even golf and running). If you're already a good swimmer, then can you add mindfulness to your swimming?
