TL;DW: Hi, it's Brian from Intuitive Swimming Method. Lately, I've been working with open water swimmers who are already skilled in technique and performance. However, what they seek is the ability to be present in their swimming. By being present and mindful, swimmers can enjoy their experience more and let go of inner dialogue, judgment, and competition.
