The Intuitive Swimming Method
“Your out breath is more important than your in breath” - Intuitive Swimming
Introduction:
TL;DW: Hi, it's Brian from Intuitive Swimming Method. Let's talk about breathing in front crawl again. The standard problem is breathing every two or three strokes, which can create urgency and pressure. Instead, let your out breath guide your stroke. Breathing out the side of your mouth using the bow wave doesn't work for everyone. You can rotate your whole body more instead of just your head to create balance. By swimming as a whole body, you'll gain momentum, enjoyment, and more time to breathe. Olympic swimmers may ignore this, but if you want an easier, deeper, and more satisfying breath, give it a try. Swim your way, and if you want more information, just DM me.
