Introduction:

TL;DW: Hi, it's Brian from Intuitive Swimming Method. I want to talk about swimming in the present moment. I like to add a pause to my stroke, either during the glide or at the top of the rotation. The purpose of this pause is to help you notice the present moment, your balance, the water, and the splash. By being present, mindful, and aware, you can experience a greater sense of being alive.
