Introduction:
TL;DW:Hi, this is Brian from Intuitive Swimming Method. Fear is a common issue that arises when we approach the deep end of the pool. Although logically it's the same water, there's a difference in how we perceive it. To address this, I work on developing a mind-body-water unity, starting with floating and balance. To achieve balance, we need to understand how our lungs keep us afloat. We can experiment with how much breath is needed for buoyancy and pay attention to our out breath. For more information, DM me.
